EXTRACT FROM THE RESERVATION AND RENTAL CONDITIONS
The reservation is validated upon receiving the signed rental contract sent by post or electronically, and receipt of the deposit or the entire rental, depending on the payment conditions for the stay.
The check in is scheduled between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and checkout is set at 10 a.m., depending on the period and length of stay these times are flexible.
The maximum capacity of the house is 14 people, with the addition of a cot and an extra bed for a child under 12 years old.
A deposit of € 2,500 must be received by bank transfer before arrival. It is returned within 10 days of the end of the stay.
Unless prior agreement, animals are not allowed.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of your rental.
However, before leaving, customers are advised to:
- Ensure the cleaning of household appliances and dishes, which must be returned in the same condition as they were upon arrival.
- Sort the waste and recycle the glass in the containers provided.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter to ensure the safety of all and it must be operated in accordance with the conditions indicated. This shutter is systematically closed when the swimming pool is not in use. Swimming is unsupervised and everyone is responsible for ensuring their own safety and that of the children. ENTRESELETSABLE cannot be held responsible for any accident related to the use of the swimming pool or other equipment in the house.
