GENERAL CONDITIONS
The arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm and the departure time by 10 am.
The guest must inform about the precise number of people that will stay at ENTERSELETSABLE, this cannot be increased unless agreed by the host. Please have the courtesy to inform us if you intend to invite people to the cottage.
According to the law as it stands, the pool is equipped with a shutter to ensure the safety of all. This shutter must always be closed when the pool is not used. Swimming is unsupervised and everyone is responsible for ensuring their own safety as well as the safety of the children. ENTRESELETSABLE cannot be held responsible for any accident related to the use of the swimming pool or other equipment of the house.
The guest is expected to take care of the property, inside and outside. He is expected to take care of all furniture, fittings, tableware, pictures, books, garden sets, sun umbrellas… and leave them in the same condition at the end of his stay as found at the beginning.
The property has to be left in a tidy condition including ovens, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils cleaned and all rubbish removed and placed in appropriate bins or recycling bins. Before leaving, all you need to do is sort the rubbish, recycling and turn the dishwasher on.
Pets are not allowed.
Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking.
WEEKEND: Possibility to book a weekend from Friday to Sunday or Monday, on request and depending on availability (not during school holidays). For simplicity and to get the best price, it is desirable to phone or to send an email (please specify the number of people).
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Rules :
- 25% of the total amount by bank transfer. The booking becomes effective from the date that the host receives this deposit.
- 40%, 30 days before arrival,
- 35%, 15 days before arrival.
A damage deposit of 2500 € , on arrival, must be given in order to cover any breakages and damage caused during the stay.
This deposit will be returned after an inspection of the premises by the host and guest on the morning of departure.
The price includes all charges, the local tax and a fee for the cleaning after your departure.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The host must be notified of a cancellation by email.
- More than 60 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total amount is due.
- More than 30 days before the arrival date : 25% of the total amount is due.
- Less the 30 days before the arrival date: the full amount is due.
In the case of an early departure, the pre-arranged price remains the same.
Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.
